MEDITATION:

  • A practice that uses techniques like focusing on the breath or a mantra to train the mind.
  • How it may assist
    • It improves focus, concentration, clarity, and may lead to a greater sense of calm and spiritual growth.

HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER
